REFUND POLICY

We know sometimes you buy something online or pick it up in store, and it doesn't fit in your space just right or isn't what you expected. 

From the day you purchase in-store or the day your order is delivered, you have 14 days to exchange your item for something of equal or higher value. 

For your order to be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please email us at info@isleateaseshop.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES + ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • sale items
  • clearance items
  • seasonal products
  • personal care goods
  • gift cards
