How accessible is your storefront?
As our storefront is located in an old building in Halifax, we do have limited accessibly for persons using mobility aids (e.g. wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, canes, crutches, prosthetic devices, etc).
There are two (2) concrete steps to get into the front door access. Front door has 33" of clearance for strollers/chairs.
When organizing the shop and considering display placements inside the shop, we are mindful about customers with assistive devices or strollers to make sure you can move around freely.
We do not have a publicly available washroom at this time.

Shipping + Local Pickup
When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?
We aim to pack up, process and ship your item within 1-3 business days. Our couriers process shipments on an Expedited basis, but timelines may differ depending on location and weather.
If you need a shipment faster, just reach out to our team for an express shipping quote.
Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping to Canada and the United States.
If you live somewhere else, send us a message to see if we can work some shipping magic!
How much will shipping cost?
All shipping rates are calculated by the weight of the order at checkout. If something feels off with the shipping price quoted at checkout, please send us a message so we can look into it!
BUT... all orders over $150CAD ship with tracking for FREE!
Do you offer local pickup?
We would literally love to see you breeze through our door! We are pleased as punch to offer local pickup at 2725 Agricola Street in the North End of Halifax.
Parking is readily available outside of the store. Make sure you double check our current store hours to ensure we are there to fulfil the order pickup.
Can I pick-up my order the same day I place it?
In most cases, yes! Please refer to our hours to ensure there is enough time to drop by.

What if I receive the wrong product?
WHOOPS. Sometimes mistakes happen - we are so grateful for your patience and giving us the chance to make it right. Send us an email at info@isleateaseshop.ca as soon as you can after receiving your order. We'll touch base with you to figure out a solution tout de suite!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Exchange only within 14 days of purchase or receiving their shipment. Contact us at info@isleateaseshop.ca with order details for returns.

I received a gift from your store but I don't love it... can I exchange it for something else?
Absolutely. We want you to love your gift as much as you do! As long as the gift is in it’s perfect, original condition…we good! Connect with us here.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We can offer price adjustments for orders placed within 7 days of the sale occurring. During certain periods (Birthday Sale, Black Friday, Boxing Day, seasonal sales) we will not honour price adjustments. We make no exceptions during these special sales periods. Price adjustments cannot be applied to already-discounted or clearance items.
