Hand wash with mild soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
Do not soak or put in the dishwasher!
Apply a mineral oil or neutral oil to remove marks or whenever your Serving Board feels dry. Rub with a wedge of lemon to keep them fresh and prevent bacteria.
